CheckDrive — Terms of Use

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the CheckDrive app (“the app”). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

CheckDrive helps you create and run car-trip checklists. It is provided as a convenience aid. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for operating your vehicle lawfully. Do not interact with the app while driving. The app is not a substitute for your own judgment.

2. Free use, ads, and the Pro upgrade

The app is free to use and is supported by advertising. You may optionally purchase a one-time “Pro” upgrade that removes ads and unlocks unlimited checklists. The upgrade is a single, non-recurring purchase tied to your Google account; it is not a subscription and does not renew.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device using the “Restore purchases” option.

4. Your content

Checklists and trip data you create are stored on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for the content you create within the app.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that vehicle detection will work in all conditions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
